Shipping policy

In-stock items will ship within seven days. Preorder canvases will ship in the timeframe stated in each individual product listing. 

Packages are shipped USPS Ground Advantage or Priority mail depending on the buyer's selection.

You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order is ready. You can always check the status of your order by sending an email to Sam@SLSneedlepoint.com.

**SLS Needlepoint is not responsible for missing packages. Once a package is scanned by USPS it is their responsibility. In the unlikely event you encounter an issue, reach out to your local USPS office or carrier for detailed package tracking and/or to file a claim.
